I appreciated lovely staff and location, and so much more. Location close enough to a shop as well as 5th Avenue. Furthermore, the hotel was walking distance to 3d museum wonders. I slept so comfy in the spacious bed.

Location was beautiful, I liked brilliant staff and bright rooms. Breakfast was absolutely superb, accommodating service. Generally everything was excellent, yet the bathroom was cold.

Place was spotless and cute little. Unique location, not very far from kool beach club. Staff delightfully helpful & was always available. Great service, superb breakfast spread.

it is top-notch hotel, i appreciated ideal location and non-smoking rooms. all in all it's immaculately clean place, they have comfortable beds. staff is fine, easy check-in. moreover, free parking is provided nearby.

Totally SUCH WONDERFUL experience. This hotel was good value for money, it provided perfect service, and the rooms were exceptionally nice. Fast check in and fast check out.

All in all, it was great base for traveling to Playa del Carmen. There were a microwave oven, a fridge and a washing machine in a handy kitchenette. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot...
